What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time can be found on the home page, and in the delivery options. Turnaround time does not include delivery time. 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately once your order is placed the process starts almost immediately due to the nature of the products being handmade, often the fabric is cut for the outfit fairly soon after your order is placed, if the order is yet to be cut then I am happy to make changes, quote your order number in an email or fill in the contact form on the 'contact us' page.
 

Can I create a custom order?

The option to choose fonts and other customisation options are on product pages, however if you cannot find an item you would like you can email us on peachykeenclothing1@outlook.com or by filling out the contact form on the 'contact us' page.



How many letters can I have embroidered?

Up to 10 Letters can be embroidered for names or 3 letters for initials, depending on the item chosen and the space available.

How long will delivery take?

Once your item has been dispatched after the turnaround time, this is dependant on the delivery option you have chosen. These are estimates and could be longer during busier times.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can collect your order, I am based in Warton, Lancashire. This will be subject to my availability.
 

Can I use a discount code?

Only 1 discount code can be used per order. The discount is not applied to the delivery cost.
