Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order to you. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order for any reason.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) If the order is to be delivered outside of Europe.
(f) If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive.
Please check all order details before committing to purchase as we DO NOT allow any amendments to be made once the order is placed as every item is handmade to order. Please ensure you have taken our turnaround time weeks into consideration when ordering (found on our home page), although more often than not we are a lot quicker than this. However this does not include postage time, the standard is 2nd class signed for so please allow 3 working days additional for this. We do send all items tracked so once a signature is provided at your end our contract with you has finished and any discrepancies will need to be dealt with through Royal Mail.
All items are handmade to order and this is a process that takes a lot of time and hard work so please appreciate there are issues that can arise but we do work hard to reduce these and provide the best standard possible.
We aim to keep you updated throughout the process of your order from production to sending your item(s).
Discount codes can only be used on full priced items and can not be used on the shipping costs, PKC reserves the right to cancel discount codes at any time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is
defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your
costs in returning it to us.
We regret that postage and packing costs for these items cannot be refunded.
